4. Automatic Viscosity (seconds) testing system
(1) Special viscosity (seconds) control system
(2) Self-cleaning system (viscosity meter, all relative pipes and mixing tank) , Wastewater reused for glue making.
5. Borax & additions self-adding system
(1) Provided Automatic anti bridging device for all tanks, avoid material adding error cause of humid
(2) Three groups independent load cell, efficiently control the weight of borax, caustic &additions feeding
6. Self-adding lye system
(1) High durability import diaphragm pump (USA GRACO)
(2) Stainless steel storage tank
(3) Automatic adjusted the volume of secondary lye feeding by RYHT software, According the weather's & temperature's change
7. Automatic steam system
(1) Added a set of temperature control system & ball valve steam controller
(2) Alarm for temperature abnormal
8. Self-water adding system.
(1) Available water source: tap-water & reuse the water form equipment cleaning or both.
(2) Tap water & reuse water Self switchover, avoided water lacking.
